Every Tepchi order is owned by a dedicated account manager and tracked through six defined stages: discovery, sampling, approval, production, quality check and delivery. Nothing leaves our facility without passing 100% inspection against the approved master sample.
We work primarily with institutions—hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, hotels, corporates, educational institutions and facility management companies—because their standards demand the operational rigour we've built our business around.
